Partner Program · drone inspection subcontracting

Drone inspections under your brand: we are your subcontractor in the air.

For roofers and photovoltaic service companies, and also for survey practices and property managers. Aerfield flies the mission, collects high-resolution imagery and thermal data, and hands over the report under your brand. You lead the client, sign off the diagnosis or the map and carry out the repairs - we take on the flight, the equipment and the licences.

Partner industries

Who we built the Partner Program for.

We support your team in the field. We fill the gap in your offer where precise and safe data from the air is needed, without you having to invest in your own UAV department.

B·01

Roofers and roofing contractors

You get complete photographic and thermal documentation of the covering, gutters, flashings and chimneys before a refurbishment and after a repair. No climbing onto the roof and no cost of a lift just to take a look.

B·02

PV installers and service companies (O&M)

Subcontracting of warranty inspections and thermal surveys of farms and rooftop installations. We record hot spots and module anomalies, and your electrical team makes the diagnosis and fixes the faults.

B·03

Land surveyors and design practices

Need an orthophotomap, a point cloud or up-to-date imagery of a development site? We fly the photogrammetric mission and deliver material that meets the agreed specification as raw input for your own products.

B·04

Property managers and facility management

Periodic checks of the condition of flat roofs, façades, HVAC installations and infrastructure across many buildings. One repeatable report standard for the whole portfolio, without sending staff up at height.

Models of cooperation

Two models, one principle.

M·01

Under your brand

We work under your brand. The report is produced in your graphic template: logo, file naming, observation card fields. We contact the end client only within the operational scope agreed. For companies that want aerial inspections in their own offer without building a UAV department.

M·02

Joint branding

Both brands stated openly: Aerfield as the party delivering the data, the partner as the owner of the diagnosis and the delivery. For companies that want to show the client the methodical backing and a clear division of responsibility.

In both models the same principle applies: the client, the interpretation and the commercial decision remain with the partner. We do not build our own roofing or service offer on your enquiries.

Partner Program

A partner route: a minimum of four addresses.

An inspection day under your brand: you gather the demand, we plan the optimal route and deliver finished material to a single standard.

  • a minimum of 4 addresses on one route, a shared schedule for the day
  • qualification of every address before the flight: airspace zones, surroundings and access to the site
  • flights within the operator’s visual line of sight, after checking the conditions at each address
  • material per address: RGB imagery, a thermal view of the covering, an observation card and a mission log
  • a PV thermal camera survey within the window of the required sunlight and weather conditions

We plan routes flexibly across Greater Poland and nationwide for portfolio projects. Travel is quoted transparently on the basis of the planned combined route.

Division of roles

The boundary of roles is part of the product.

Aerfield: data and quality

  • the mission plan and the feasibility qualification of every address
  • flying the mission and collecting the data according to the operating procedure
  • quality control: completeness of the frames, legibility, consistent naming
  • the report with an observation card: observation, context, limit, next step
  • a mission log, a record of the conditions and an agreed retention period for the material

The partner: diagnosis and the client

  • the commercial relationship and communication with the end client
  • the diagnosis and interpretation of the observations in the report
  • the decision on the scope of works, the repair quote and its delivery
  • handling complaints about the diagnosis and the works carried out
  • branding on the material: yours or joint, depending on the model chosen

This boundary is deliberate: the Aerfield report points out observations for verification by the appropriate expert on the partner's side. It does not make diagnoses and it is not an expert opinion - which means we do not compete with you over the interpretation or over the client. The quality control procedure is described on the How we work page.

Sample material

The same standard, your template.

The sample report shows the standard of the observation card: the observation, the context of the conditions, the limit of the method and the recommended next step. The test material is marked as a demo - we do not put fictitious clients under it. In the under-your-brand model the same standard goes into your template; the logo, file naming and report fields are agreed during onboarding.

Pricing rules and lead times

Rates in the agreement, a minimum threshold with no surprises.

How settlements work in the partner program

  • the partner day rate and the rates per single address: set in the framework agreement, not in an open price list
  • the minimum rate is known from the start: the partner knows what figure we begin from - with no surprises at the end of the discussion
  • a public point of reference: a single commercial assignment is from 2,200 PLN net (working floor), quoted by scope
  • a lower unit rate only on a route day, as another address on the route or within a standing package from 4 visits

Lead times: what we agree and what we do not promise

  • reply to an enquiry: 1 business day
  • quote: usually within 48 h of receiving the full list of addresses
  • report: within the time set in the framework agreement, counted from the day of the flight
  • flight date: always conditional (airspace zone, surroundings, weather) - we agree a weather window and a backup date, not a fixed day
  • we do not fly in rain: that is a technical limit of the equipment, not a lack of readiness

Protecting your clients and GDPR

Your client, your contact base.

L·01

Protecting the relationship with your client

The partner's client remains solely the partner's client. We do not sell services into the partner's contact base and we do not contact the end client beyond the operational scope agreed in the contract, for example confirming access to the property on the day of the flight.

L·02

GDPR and confidentiality

The roles regarding the data (controller, processor) and the data processing agreement are settled before the flights are carried out. We record only the data necessary to deliver the assignment. The details are described in the privacy policy.

L·03

Ownership of the material and archiving

The owner of the material, the access rules and how long files are kept are set out precisely in the contract. The source imagery stays secured in an unaltered state as the basis for quality control and any complaints. More information: safety and compliance.

Starting the cooperation

From the first call to a route in five steps.

01

A 20-minute call

Scope, site constraints, branding and the expected report standard. With no commitment.

02

Address data

You pass on the details of at least 4 addresses; we check the zones and the feasibility of each one.

03

Framework agreement

Rates, the minimum cost threshold, agreed lead times, GDPR data protection and the complaints rules in one document.

04

A paid pilot

The first partner day with a success criterion agreed before the flight.

05

Decision on a series

Assessment of the pilot against the criterion: a repeatable route schedule or the end of the cooperation.

Details needed to quote a partner day (min. 4 addresses)

  • the number of addresses and how they are spread: municipality, route radius
  • the type of building per address: roof, rooftop PV, warehouse, façade
  • the approximate size and height of the buildings
  • branding: under your brand or joint branding
  • who on the partner's side interprets the results and leads the client
  • the preferred date window (the date is always conditional)

Why the pilot is paid

We do not do free demos. The quality of the method is shown by the public sample report, and the fit with your process is tested by a paid pilot with a success criterion agreed before the flight: completeness of the frames per address, conformity with the template, the delivery date of the report.

If the pilot does not meet the criterion, you have the material and clear grounds not to continue. That is what we consider a fair start to a cooperation.

Partner FAQ

Questions from partners.

Will you fly with our drone or our client's drone?
No. The flight operation is carried out by the operator responsible for the equipment, the licences and the insurance for that particular mission - which is why we do not take over other people's drones to fly. Only then is operational responsibility unambiguous and the quality of the material repeatable. The current state of our qualifications and policies is published on the safety and compliance page.
How is responsibility divided?
The boundaries are written into the framework agreement. Aerfield is responsible for carrying out the flight operation in line with the procedures and for the quality and completeness of the material to the agreed standard. The partner is responsible for the diagnosis, the scope of works and the relationship with the end client. The report points out observations for verification by the appropriate expert - it is not an expert opinion, an audit or a diagnosis of a fault.
What about the weather? We have booked clients for a specific day.
That is why we plan a partner day within a date window with a backup date, not for a fixed day. We do not fly in rain - that is a limit of the equipment. Strong wind moves the flight. The PV thermal camera survey has an additional conditions gate (min. 600 W/m² in the plane of the modules, wind up to 4 m/s); when the conditions are not met, we carry out the RGB scope or move the date - we do not force the thermal work through, because material like that gives a specialist no reliable information.
How do complaints work?
We keep two layers apart. The quality of the material - completeness of the frames per address, legibility, conformity with the agreed template - you raise with us: we complete the flight or correct the report in line with the framework agreement. Complaints about the diagnosis and the repairs carried out are handled by the partner, because the interpretation and the works stay on their side.
