Services · Greater Poland; B2B projects and partner delivery across Poland after a feasibility review

Drone inspection services: start with the question, not with the drone.

A leak after winter, planning maintenance on a warehouse, a drop in PV output or a partner running out of capacity - every Aerfield service answers one specific technical question. The equipment and the way the data is captured are matched to the problem you want to solve.

Starting points

Four questions, four concrete answers.

You do not need to know sensor specifications or flight geometry. Point to the situation you are in - below you will find the right scope and the first step.

D·01

Refurbish, repair or just keep an eye on the house roof?

After winter, after a windstorm, before a purchase or before a refurbishment. A complete set of RGB imagery from the air and a short observation card with priorities - before anyone climbs up there.

See Roof 360 ⟶
D·02

Which parts of the company building should be serviced first?

Warehouses, offices, housing associations: one index of observations covering the roof and the PV installation in visible light, with priorities to hand to the service company. Material instead of a folder of photographs.

D·03

What is happening to the output of a photovoltaic installation?

A drop in output, handover, warranty. A thermal camera survey points out observations for verification by the appropriate service company - available to companies and partners once the method gate is passed.

D·04

How to serve your own clients without building a drone department?

Installer, roofer, property manager: aerial data under your own brand, with the interpretation and the client staying on your side. Start with a paid pilot on four addresses.

Terms of cooperation ⟶

Service catalogue

All of it exists to make the right decision easier.

Our services answer specific needs of your building. For every entry we state the shelf clearly: delivered directly by us at a fixed price, or partner delivery, where scope and logistics are agreed individually.

Residential ⟶

The owner of a detached house.

Solar & Wind ⟶

O&M, asset manager, PV installer, farm owner.

Industry ⟶

Maintenance, facility management, warehouse owner.

Investments ⟶

Developer, main contractor, investor, site supervisor.

Partner Program ⟶

Roofers, PV service companies, surveyors and property managers.

Active products

Three products in the active offer.

The public portfolio is narrower than our internal catalogue - we sell only what we can defend the method for today.

Behind the method gates

Three products are waiting for the method to pass its exam.

We do not sell a service whose method we have not yet defended. These products have defined gates: tests they must pass before they enter the active offer.

Gate G1

Construction progress monitoring

A cyclical baseline of the site, a terrain model, shots from fixed points. Verification: a repeatability test of the frames at a 30-day interval.

Status: internal pilot, no public price list.

Method assumptions ⟶
Gate G2

Wind farm inspection

RGB of the tower, the foundation, the surroundings, the transformer station and the access roads. Verification: a test of the procedure at wind speeds of 8-10 m/s and of the emergency procedure.

Status: only with a certified partner or as a pilot.

Entry rules ⟶
Gate G4

PV thermal survey

Radiometry of farms and rooftop PV. Verification: min. 600 W/m², wind < 4 m/s, angle 60-70°, deltaT > 5 K for a hot spot. Without that we do not fly.

Status: procedure and calibration testing; available with a partner.

Method conditions ⟶

Why do it this way? Because false certainty is worse than no data at all. When weather or technical conditions fall short of the requirements, we propose another date or a change of scope to RGB - never a job done "somehow". Enquiries about conditional products we take through the feasibility form, with no commitment on either side.

What the reports contain

The same standard, a different scope.

Every report separates the observation, the context of the conditions, the limits of the method and the recommended next step. The products differ in the scope of the material and in who interprets it.

Element of the material Roof 360 · house Commercial roof and PV For partners
RGB material: covering, flashings, details ✓ ✓ ✓
Observation card with priorities ✓ short card ✓ index of the whole building ✓ index in the partner's format

Interpretation of observations roofer or surveyor service company named by the client partner
Price 499 PLN gross (working price) from 2,200 PLN net (working floor), quoted by scope pilot terms, minimum threshold stated openly

The table compares active products. Conditional products (PV thermal survey, PV farm, change monitoring) will receive their own specifications once the method gates are passed. The report is not an expert opinion, an audit or a certificate - the interpretation belongs to the appropriate expert.

The process in brief

Five steps, the same standard.

01

Qualification

Checking the airspace zones and the surroundings of the building. This is where "we fly or we do not" is decided.

02

Mission plan

Scope, permissions, flight geometry and the weather window.

03

Drone imagery

A VLOS flight in the open category, up to 120 m. Frame completeness is checked on site.

04

Quality control

Selection, ordering of the observations, the mission log and the record of conditions.

05

Handover of the report

Observations, limits and a recommendation for the appropriate specialist.

We do not fly in rain - that is a limit of the equipment, not of the procedure. The full description of the process, of the rules for refusing a flight and of data storage: How we work ⟶

Pricing rules

The price comes after the feasibility review, never before.

  • Roof 360: 499 PLN gross (working price) - per address, minimum 4 addresses on one route up to 30 km from the confirmed dispatch point
  • commercial assignments: from 2,200 PLN net (working floor), quoted by scope
  • minimum order: 4 contracted addresses on one route (shared schedule and deposit); 499 PLN gross per address, travel counted once for the whole route
  • every price is unambiguously net or gross; the final price is always in the quote issued after the feasibility review
  • area: Greater Poland; B2B projects and partner delivery across Poland after a feasibility review; base Konin, the Poznań district - dispatch point awaiting confirmation; outside the region after reviewing the economics of the project or through a vetted partner

The thermal camera survey for houses has no public price and no single-address bookings - we take enrolments only for the paid route pilot, with scope and price set after the feasibility review. Working prices await confirmation; every change goes into the price list first.

You do not need to know the name of the service. A decision is enough.

Write what you need to settle and give the address - we will match the scope or tell you honestly that this is not our method. A reply within 1 business day, the review is free.
