What you get after the flight

Specific places to check on one roof plan.

Instead of hundreds of random phone photographs you get a numbered list of observations with their exact position on the building.

R·01

The exact location of each observation

We point to the specific spot on the roof, the skylight or the photovoltaic module. Your technician can start the on-site inspection at the marked locations.

R·02

You know what to check first

We organise visible observations and identify places that need checking sooner. A specialist verifies the cause and determines the scope and order of repairs.

You can see changes between visits

We return to agreed viewpoints and compare new photographs with previous ones. The comparison shows visible changes to the building or site and the progress of construction work.

Sample report

One observation: a photograph, the exact spot and a clear conclusion.

Every irregularity we find enters the report as a separate, ordered entry: a high-resolution photograph with a marker on the building, the exact location, a description of the visible change and a note on what the specialist should check.

Order instead of hundreds of loose photographs: Instead of an unlabelled folder of files you receive a clear document with locations and descriptions that you can pass straight to a contractor, a property manager or an insurer.

How we work

From first contact to the report.

01

We check the assignment

Working from the address we check the airspace zone and the surroundings. Separately we agree access to the site and the expected scope of imagery.

02

We agree the scope

We confirm the price, the date, the permissions needed and the weather conditions.

03

We take the photographs

The operator flies within visual line of sight and reviews the imagery while still on site.

04

We check completeness

We discard unreadable frames, put the files in order and tie observations to locations.

05

We hand over the report

You receive the photographs, the list of observations and a description of the conditions and limits of the survey.

If the weather, the airspace zone or the conditions on site do not allow a safe flight, we change the date or the scope of the assignment.

Area of operation

Houses in Greater Poland, larger projects across the country.

We survey detached houses in Greater Poland. Company buildings, photovoltaic farms and multi-building assignments we carry out across the country, because the scope of the work covers the logistics of the trip.

Local assignments

Houses in Greater Poland.

  • the Roof 360 package for a house (499 PLN gross)
  • photographic survey and seasonal observation of surface temperature differences
  • quick scheduling within the region

B2B projects nationwide

Companies, PV farms and portfolios of buildings. The Poznań market we serve by travelling out and through partners.

  • we assess whether the trip is feasible for each project
  • we count travel time, mileage and any overnight stay
  • scope and logistics are shown separately in the quote

We cover the country in two ways: with a project whose scope covers the logistics of the trip, or through a vetted partner. We do not pretend to run permanent branches - for every assignment we check whether it can be delivered on a sensible date and budget.

Indicative amounts from a working price list. The final price is always in the quote issued after the feasibility review, with net or gross stated unambiguously.

Roof 360 · house

499 PLN gross per address · min. 4 addresses per route
  • close-up imagery of the whole roof, the chimney, the flashings and the gutters
  • a thermal camera survey: the spots where heat escapes*
  • an observation card with priorities, ready for the roofer

* A thermal survey shows temperature differences across the covering. It does not replace a formal energy audit (that is carried out by a certified energy auditor).

Minimum order: 4 addresses on one route in the same area, 499 PLN gross per address.

Commercial scope

Scope of the report

We point to the spot. Your specialist repairs it.

Our report shows what is visible from the air: cracks, bulges, detached sheeting or damaged PV panels. We do not guess at causes and we do not calculate losses on paper. We give your roofer, PV technician or property manager a document they can start work with straight away.

What we describe

  • the exact position of every observation on the building
  • the conditions in which the imagery and the flight were carried out
  • places that were not visible, obscured or ambiguous
  • the limits of the method used
  • the kind of specialist who should check the observation

What the report does not confirm

  • the cause of the damage or responsibility for it
  • that every defect on the building has been found
  • a repair estimate, an expert opinion, an audit or a certificate
  • the electrical parameters of a PV installation
  • survey measurements or volumes for settlement purposes

FAQ

The questions asked most often before a quote.

Will a drone find every defect?
No. Aerial imagery helps to point out the places that need closer inspection, but it does not show every kind of damage. It does not replace an electrical inspection, a structural assessment or a surveyor's opinion.
How much does it cost?
The Roof 360 package costs 499 PLN gross per address, and we take it on from four addresses on one route in the same area. Travel up to 30 km one way is included and counted once for the whole route; beyond that we charge the per-kilometre rate from the price list. A single address is not accepted: the cost of travel, planning and readiness is almost the same for one house as for four. Commercial assignments are quoted once we know the scope, from 2,200 PLN net.
How quickly will I get a date?
We confirm the date after checking the airspace zones and access to the site. The final day depends on the weather forecast. If conditions do not allow a safe flight, we propose another date or an adjusted scope of imagery.
Is the report an expert opinion or an audit?
No. The report describes visible observations, their location and the limits of the imagery taken. The cause of the problem and the way to repair it are determined by the service company, the roofer, a surveyor or another appropriate specialist.
When is the best time to plan an inspection?
Imagery of roofs and façades can be taken all year round, apart from rainfall and strong wind. Thermal imaging of PV installations is not yet a standard service. Once validation is complete it will require adequate sunlight and light wind.
What about privacy and the neighbours?
We plan the mission so as to minimise the recording of people and other people's property. The footage has a defined retention period and access rules, and the form collects only the data needed to assess the enquiry. Marketing consent is separate and is never required.
