We do not conceal cost drivers or pricing tiers. Below is an exact breakdown of what can be ordered today, the distance within which travel is fully included, and the variables determining final project cost.
Three Core Pricing Principles
- Residential services are quoted gross (VAT included) - the total payable amount
- Commercial B2B services are quoted net - the amount before any applicable VAT
- Every figure carries a clear status: working price or scope-based custom quotation
Binding terms are issued in an individualized offer following technical feasibility qualification - always explicitly labeled net or gross.

We publish only what can actually be contracted today. Services awaiting final methodology closure carry a transparent status rather than an arbitrary figure.
Roof 360 - Residential
499 PLN gross
A report with RGB photographs of roof covering, flashings and chimneys, plus a seasonal thermal pass around the house. Price per address, from four addresses on one route. Houses in Greater Poland; travel up to 30 km from the confirmed dispatch point included, counted once for the whole route.

Thermal screening indicates temperature differentials; it does not replace a statutory energy performance certificate (EPC) or certified building energy audit.

Commercial roof envelopes, logistics warehouses, and rooftop solar installations. You receive structured documentation with high-resolution imagery, row numbering, and precise anomaly locations for facility maintenance.

Residential PV Thermal Screening
no public standalone price
Thermal screening of residential photovoltaic arrays is conducted exclusively as a paid pilot on grouped routes (multiple neighboring addresses). Scope and pricing are quoted individually after roof feasibility assessment.

Thermal offerings unlock only upon verified methodology criteria: minimum 600 W/m² plane-of-array irradiance, wind speed up to 4 m/s, and native thermal GSD up to 3.0 cm/px. When weather falls short, we reschedule or adjust scope to RGB documentation. Deliverables indicate observations for expert electrical verification - not final fault diagnoses.

Travel Distance
Travel is included up to 30 km one-way. Beyond that distance, transparent per-kilometer rates apply uniformly across Poland.
Facility Complexity
Building height, roof pitch, geometry, and PV capacity dictate flight duration and data processing volume.
Surroundings & Hazards
Overhead high-voltage cables, tall trees, and congested neighboring parcels demand specialized flight paths or may preclude flight.
Site Access & Security
NDA compliance, visitor safety briefings, escort requirements, and secure zones add administrative time to the mission.
Timeline Urgency
Narrow completion windows require reserving weather backup days, representing readiness reservation rather than speed premiums.
Repeatability
Grouped neighborhood routes or multi-visit recurring contracts reduce unit cost per site.

Travel is never a surprise item on your invoice. Residential sites in Greater Poland within 30 km of our dispatch base include travel in the package price. For greater distances, fixed per-kilometer rates apply, or assignments are batched along scheduled routes.

The rate applies to the entire one-way distance calculated from the confirmed dispatch point. For assignments exceeding 100 km, we optimize cost and timing by scheduling visits along shared regional flight routes - distributing travel expenses across multiple sites so you avoid paying for an exclusive long-haul transit.

Four Neighbors on the Same Street
This is the minimum we take Roof 360 on from: four addresses on one route, a coordinated flight window and a single deposit. Travel is billed once for the shared route, not duplicated per home. The price per address stays 499 PLN gross.
Commercial Facility
Starting baseline: from 2,200 PLN net. Travel is integrated into the comprehensive proposal alongside asset scale, safety access protocols, and confidentiality requirements. Quoted net.
