Terms of service

1. Nature of the site

The aerfield.pl site is informational. The content, prices and package scopes do not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code - only the individual quote prepared after a feasibility review is binding.

2. Feasibility form

• Submitting the form is not a booking of a date or a confirmation of a flight.
• We reply within 1 business day; a standard quote we usually prepare within 48 hours after we have the full information.
• The delivery date is always conditional: it depends on the airspace zones, the surroundings of the building, bystanders and the weather.

3. Prices

Prices published on the site have the status of a working price list and are always marked as net or gross. The final price follows from the individual quote.

4. Limits of the services

We deliver ordered observation material. Reports are not diagnoses, expert opinions, audits or certificates - the interpretation and the technical decision belong to the appropriate expert (the service company, the roofer, the surveyor, the auditor). The scope of every service and its exclusions are described on the service's page and in the individual quote.

5. Flight safety

We fly in line with the regulations on unmanned aircraft, within visual line of sight (VLOS) and with flight-abort procedures. Safety conditions that are not met mean postponing the date or changing the scope - never a flight despite a reason not to.
