Privacy Policy

1. Data controller

The controller of personal data is Adam Śnihur TECHNOLOGY, Tax ID (NIP) 6653089391, REGON 545591186. For matters concerning your data you can write to kontakt@aerfield.pl. The controller has not appointed a data protection officer.

2. Scope, purposes and legal bases for processing

Handling the enquiry and preparing a quote: the type of client, name, phone number, optional email, the locality and postal code of the building, the type of building, a description of the need and technical information. The basis is taking steps at the request of the data subject before entering into a contract, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Security and protection against abuse: a hash of the IP address, the time of submission and browser information. The basis is the legitimate interest of the controller, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Site and campaign measurement: pages visited, the source of the visit, UTM parameters, click identifiers and the form submission event. Google and Meta receive this data only after the corresponding choice in the privacy settings. The basis is consent, Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.
Information about services: contact details are used for this purpose only after separate, voluntary consent, Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.

3. Recipients of the data

To the extent needed to deliver the service, the data may be received by:

Cloudflare, Inc. as the hosting, security and D1 database provider,
Resend as the email notification delivery provider,
Google Ireland Limited within Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Google Ads, only after the corresponding consent has been given,
Meta Platforms Ireland Limited within Meta Pixel and the Conversions API, only after advertising consent has been given,
authorised bodies, where the obligation to disclose data follows from the law.

Using global providers may involve processing data outside the European Economic Area. The providers state that they apply the mechanisms provided for in GDPR, including adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses. We do not sell your data.

4. How long we keep the data

enquiries that did not result in an assignment, for up to 12 months,
data related to an assignment for the period required by tax and accounting regulations and until claims become time-barred,
a record of your privacy settings choice, for up to 24 months,
data processed on the basis of consent, until the consent is withdrawn or the purpose ceases to apply.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected, deleted, or its processing restricted, the right to data portability and the right to object, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office. Consent can be withdrawn without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. You can change your consent to measurement through "Privacy settings" in the footer, and marketing consent by writing to kontakt@aerfield.pl.

6. Whether providing the data is voluntary

Providing the fields marked as required is needed to assess your enquiry. Without them we cannot reply. Consent to analytics, advertising and marketing is voluntary, and refusing it does not block the site or the form.

7. Profiling and automated decisions

Aerfield does not make decisions with legal effects towards you in a way that is solely automated. With consent, Google or Meta may attribute a visit to a campaign and optimise ad delivery according to their own rules.

8. Material from drone missions

We plan missions so as to minimise the recording of people and other people's property. The material from a mission has a defined retention period and access rules described in the contract with the client.
