A leak after winter, a windstorm, a refurbishment plan or buying a house - these are the moments when it is worth knowing first and climbing up afterwards. Roof 360 is a complete set of RGB material from the air and a short observation card with priorities.

Scope and exclusions

it is not a roofing or structural expert opinion, nor an estimate for the works
it does not replace an energy audit or an energy performance certificate (the audit is carried out by a certified auditor)
it does not diagnose the cause of a leak - it points out observations for verification
it does not guarantee coverage of surfaces permanently obscured (for example dense trees by the façade)
it does not replace the periodic inspection required by building law

The observation card keeps four things apart: the observation, the context of the conditions, the limit of the method and the recommended next step. That way the roofer receives material, not an opinion they have to argue with.

Flight feasibility

First we check whether flying is possible.

Not every address can be served straight away - and we say so honestly before we take the assignment, not afterwards.

Airspace zone

We check the geographical zones for drones at the address. Some locations require permissions, some rule out a flight in the open category.

Surroundings

Trees, power lines, a busy road and close neighbours affect the geometry of the flight - or the decision "we do not fly".

Weather

Rain rules out a flight, strong wind postpones it. The date is always conditional - that is part of the method, not an excuse.

499 PLN gross

Price per address, from four addresses on one route, within a 30 km radius of the confirmed dispatch point. A working price list - the final price is always in the quote issued after the feasibility review, with net or gross stated unambiguously.

Questions about the roof

Questions about drone roof inspection.

Do I have to be at home during the inspection?

It is enough that someone gives access to the area around the house and confirms the owner's consent. The operator works from the ground, within visual line of sight of the drone.

After a windstorm - how quickly can you fly?

Damage is worth documenting as soon as possible, before the traces fade. We reply within 1 business day, but the flight date depends on the weather and the airspace zone - after a storm it often also depends on the wind dying down.

Will the report be enough for my insurer?

The material documents the state of the roof with a date and the conditions of capture - it is ordered input for the conversation with an insurer or a surveyor. It is not an expert opinion and it does not settle a claim; in a dispute a surveyor may still be needed.

I also have PV panels on the roof - will you check them?

Within Roof 360 we document the panels visually (RGB): soiling, mechanical damage, shading. A PV thermal camera survey is a separate service, available to houses only on a neighbourhood route - the details of the method are here.
