Drone construction progress monitoring: the same point, the same frame, every month.
Construction documentation usually looks like this: several hundred phone photographs, each from a different place, in different light and without a date anyone would trust. Nothing can be compared from that.
Monitoring from fixed shots solves exactly that problem. We set the points and the frames once, and then repeat them in a cycle. After the third visit anyone looking at the material can see the change without any commentary.
How it works
Five steps, then nothing but repetition.
Points and frames
We set the positions, heights and frames before the first flight, together with you. This stage decides the value of the whole cycle.
Qualification and permissions
Flight zones, the neighbourhood, access to the site and the rules for entering the works. Once, at the start, not at every visit.
A schedule with a window
Dates with weather slack. A weekly, fortnightly or monthly cycle, depending on the pace of the development.
The repeatable visit
The same mission plan, the same frames, a log of the conditions of capture. Quality control before the material is handed over.
Comparative material
A set of shots plus a short note on what has changed since the previous visit and on what can be seen from the air and what cannot.
Who it serves

Investor and supervisory board
A picture of progress without a site visit and without relying solely on the contractor's account. Comparable between reporting periods.
Main contractor
A documented state on a specific date: when a subcontractor changes, in a dispute about scope or after damage on site, it is the cheapest evidence you can have.
The developer's sales team
Material for communicating with clients who bought a flat off a hole in the ground and want to see that something is happening.
Site supervisor
Spatial context between visits: what has changed, where to look first, where the site has been used differently from the development plan.

In scope

Price
You pay for the cycle, not for a single flight.
A contract from 6 visits. The unit price falls as the cycle lengthens, because the first visit includes establishing the points, the routes and the permissions, and every subsequent one uses the mission plan that is already there. The starting point for standalone delivery: from 2,200 PLN net (working floor), quoted by scope.
Travel is counted once, at the start of the contract, according to the table in the price list: up to 30 km included, beyond that a fixed rate per kilometre.
Questions
Five questions about the cycle.
Will you calculate the percentage of work completed?
No. Progress is calculated by the quantity surveyor and the site supervisor on the basis of measurement and the contract, not on the basis of a photograph from above. We deliver comparable material showing what has actually changed on site between visits. That is a good way into such a conversation, but not its conclusion.
Why a minimum of six visits?
Because a single flight does not deliver what you are paying for here. The value comes from comparison: the same point, the same height, the same frame, at a regular interval. The first flight is also the most expensive, because it includes establishing the points, the routes and the zones. Spreading that across a series lowers the cost of every subsequent visit.
What if the weather is bad on the day of the visit?
We move the date within the agreed window. That is why we plan the schedule with slack, not for a specific hour on a specific day. Forcing a flight through in rain or strong wind gives material that cannot be compared with the previous set - which makes it useless for the purpose you ordered it for.
Can the material be used in a dispute with the contractor?
As input for a conversation, yes: it shows a documented state on a specific date, with a mission log and the conditions of capture. As decisive evidence, no - for that you need an expert opinion or a land survey report, depending on what the dispute is about.
Will we also get an orthophotomap of the site?
Yes, as a separate item in the cycle. It is worth ordering at least at the start and at the end of a stage. The same limits apply to it as always: an image for orientation, with no declared accuracy.
